Poogle & Shanthi started investing in single family homes back in 1998. They did remodel projects, purchased additional rental properties over the course of time. With friends & families asking them for input/advise, Poogle quit all his corporate career and started as full-time real estate agent in May 2015 and have become a top producing agent in DFW area. Shanthi provides staging advise, interior design, decoration and back office support. Our extended team includes experienced serviced focused mortgage professionals, title companies, top notch inspectors and other trades that are needed for a successful real estate transactions.
