Full service residential property management at $150/month flat rate.

My exceptional service includes

  • Collect and deposit monthly rental check into your account
  • Tenants contact me with any maintenance issues
  • Arrange, schedule and coordinate the maintenance fixes between vendors and tenants
  • Ensuring proper care of your property
  • Report of maintenance request and resolution
  • Monthly invoicing with details

My flat $150*/month is simple and straight forward has

  • NO extra fees
  • NO annual/retainer fees
  • NO charge for coordinating repair fees
  • NO charge for answering phone calls

*Note: If you are overpaying or busy with your work and not having time to manage, give me a call. *For most suburbs in DFW area

ONLINE LEASE APPLICATION

  • Each occupant over 18 years or older must complete a separate application
  • Each application over 18 years or older must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of $50
  • Each applicant must submit a copy of your drives license
  • Each applicant must submit a copy of LAST TWO MONTHS paystub
  • Each application must be completed and signed in its entirety
  • Applications will be processed upon submission of the application fees along with the required documents i.e. drivers license and pay stub
  • Application processing time: Average 2 business days*

*Note: Most delays occur when prior landlord and/or employer not responding promptly to rental verification and employment verification requests.
